Life gets messy and unpredictable. Work stress, family drama, relationship challenges—sometimes it all hits at once and you need someone to help you sort through it.
I work with adults 18 and older navigating whatever life is throwing at them. I particularly welcome those who identify as neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, or in non-traditional relationships. As both a therapist and a mom of a school-age child, I understand firsthand the unique challenges of balancing family, work, and personal well-being. I also have experience working with families navigating the special needs community, which has deepened my perspective and compassion in supporting clients.
My approach blends CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic work, but mostly I focus on what’s actually helpful for you in the present moment.
Together we’ll work through challenges to find greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness. This is your time to process without judgment and figure out how to move forward in ways that make sense for your life.
