My specialties span adolescents to late adulthood, working with depression, anxiety, trauma, intersecting identities, reproductive health, perinatal mental health, gender and sexuality, and race-based trauma.
I work with adults 22 and older dealing with trauma, grief, family and parenting issues, immigration experiences, race and gender-related trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, stress, relationship breakdowns, and building coping skills.
My role is to guide you in uncovering your own answers and insights by helping you recognize patterns, build awareness, and develop skills that actually stick.
My approach focuses on helping you recognize what I call your “perfect imperfections” – the patterns and vulnerabilities that make you human while also pointing toward opportunities for change.
I work with clients navigating substance use disorder and recovery alongside those navigating other major life challenges, anxiety, depression and grief.
I view therapy as a collaborative partnership—one grounded in trust, empathy, and the shared goal of helping individuals understand, cope with, and ultimately grow through their experiences.
I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, and I’m open to working with people from all walks of life.
